Do I have to set an appointment?
You are welcome to stop by our showroom anytime Monday-Friday, between 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. Appointments are recommended for a speedier process, call to make an appointment 713-249-6656.
How much does it cost?
Here are some examples for sizing and pricing:
-Small: Ornament, Mug, Candles, (Starting at $14)
-Medium: Cookie Jar, Deep bowl and Handbag, (Starting at $16)
-Large: Vases, Candlesticks, Small Blouse, and Stemware, (Starting at $20)
-X-Large: Robe, Coat, Blanket, Serving Bowl and Cake Plate, (Starting at $25, pricing varies based on paper requirements)
Special requests or unusual sizes: Speak with one of our gift concierge for accurate pricing.
Items valued above $1000 require customer wait while we wrap the gift.
Do you wrap fragile items?
We cannot accept any liability for lost or damaged items, but we still want to be part of your celebration! For fragile or valuable items (such as crystal or jewelry), we may ask you to wait as we wrap your special gift!
What hours are you open?

Do you offer delivery?
Yes, there is a $10 charge for all deliveries within a 3-mile radius of our showroom, which is located at 6543 Woodway Drive, Houston, Texas 77057.
Is there a rush option available?
We are happy to wrap your items while you wait if we do not have another appointment scheduled. We can accommodate up to 3 gifts and there is a surcharge of $10. Each gift takes about 30 minutes to wrap.
May I bring in my own wrapping paper?
Yes, we accept paper brought by our customers. Speak to a gift concierge for pricing.
Will you box my items?
Yes, for a small fee, we offer small, medium, and large sized boxes. For XL items, we only offer plain shipping boxes. If your XL item already has a box, we recommend using the box your item arrived in.
